Overall, it works fine and does what I need it to do. I’ve used it for regular day-to-day stuff, quick tasks, checking things, setting things up, and for the most part it hasn’t given me any major problems. The only thing I noticed was that support felt kind of slow. Like when you’re waiting for a reply about a simple question, or you need help with a setup issue, or you’re not sure if something is a bug, it would be nice to hear back a bit sooner. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something they could improve.

My first thought was that this thing just makes sense. Switching heights is quick, and I can use the same mount for my boat and my utility trailer without messing around or swapping a bunch of parts. Easy win

I ordered my hitch and it showed up a lot quicker than I expected. My brother was actually surprised it got here so fast too. Tracking was simple to follow, and the box arrived in good shape. no complaints at all about the shipping.
